Gently Stretches the Spine
Spinal traction works by applying a controlled stretching force to the spine. This creates a passive flexion movement in the targeted vertebrae, helping to ease tension and restore proper alignment.
Relieves Pressure on Discs
The gentle stretching reduces pressure within the spinal discs, which are gel-like cushions between the vertebrae. This negative pressure allows bulging or herniated discs to retract, relieving pressure on surrounding nerves and spinal structures.
